This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Corporate Account Director to take ownership of an existing portfolio while playing a key role in growing a broader Corporate offering.

What will you be doing?

- Manage and develop a portfolio of Corporate insurance clients




- Lead the strategy and delivery of tailored insurance and risk solutions
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Prepare, negotiate and present sophisticated Corporate insurance programs
- Work collaboratively with the Corporate team to drive portfolio and business growth

What do you need?

- An generous above-market salary consistent with degree of experience
- Proven experience in Corporate insurance broking, ideally at Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Account Director level
- Strong new business capability and a genuine appetite for winning work
- Demonstrated experience managing Corporate accounts with $50k+ annual earnings
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial judgement and understanding of complex insurance risks
- Tier 1 Broking essential and additional tertiary qualifications are desirable

Experience developing strategic risk solutions and working with clients across diverse industry sectors will be highly regarded. Professional insurance or risk management qualifications are also advantageous.
