Civil Supervisor - Major Transport Infrastructure Projects | Perth Metro (South of the River)

Are you an experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong background in bulk earthworks and major civil infrastructure? We're working with a leading Australian civil contractor delivering high-profile transport infrastructure projects across Perth and are seeking an experienced supervisor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a well-established contractor known for delivering complex infrastructure projects across Western Australia.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading site operations, coordinating subcontractors and direct labour, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

- Salary package of $130,000 - $180,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Ute, depending on experience.
- Long-term pipeline of secured work.
- Site locations well suited to candidates based south of the river.

About You

- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor working for an Australian head contractor.
- Strong background delivering bulk earthworks and general civil construction packages.
- Experience on major transport infrastructure projects including roads, highways or bridges.




- Exposure to MRWA specifications and standards will be highly regarded.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to coordinate subcontractors, plant and labour.
- Excellent commitment to safety, quality and programme delivery.
- White Card and current driver's licence.

Essential Requirements

- Full Australian working rights.
- Previous experience working for an Australian civil head contractor.
- Sponsorship is not available for this position.
