Working three days per week (Wed to Fri) through to 20 August 2027, you'll provide administrative and operational support across State Library's Schools Engagement program and be a key point of contact for teachers and school staff. You'll manage enquiries and bookings, support school visits and program logistics, and provide administrative and secretariat support across the Information Services branch.
It's a excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys being part of a small team and wants to support work that connects State Library of Queensland's collections with the Queensland school curriculum!

Access the
Day to day, you'll provide administrative and operational support across the Schools Engagement program and be a key point of contact for teachers and school staff. You'll manage enquiries and bookings, calendars and schedules; coordinate logistics for school visits, programs and events; process orders and payments; maintain accurate records; and keep program information up to date across State Library's website, intranet, SharePoint and social media channels.
You'll also contribute to broader administrative functions across the Information Services branch, including meeting coordination and secretariat support, while helping to foster a respectful,
collaborative and inclusive team environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys working with people, juggling competing priorities and contributing to a team that brings State Library's collections and resources to life for students and teachers across Queensland.
