An experienced Site Manager is required for an immediate contract opportunity in Albury, NSW, overseeing the delivery of a multi-level commercial office fit out.

As the No.1 Site Manager, you'll take ownership of the site and coordinate the fit out across multiple levels, along with associated external upgrade works.

You'll be supported by a site-based CA and off-site Project Manager, with responsibility for coordinating trades, managing subcontractors and keeping the project on track across safety, quality and program.

Requirements

- 5+ years' experience delivering commercial fit out projects
- Strong background across office fit outs or commercial refurbishments
- Experience working in live or high-traffic environments highly regarded
- Confident leading and coordinating multiple trades
- Solid eye for detail, particularly around finishes and joinery

Responsibilities

- Take ownership of day-to-day site delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and consultants
- Drive program, sequencing and site logistics




- Maintain high standards across safety and quality
- Monitor progress and proactively address issues
- Ensure works are delivered on time and to specification
