About the role
The Senior Systems Officer is responsible for administering and optimising a portfolio of TDS-hosted systems, with particular focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Placement Systems. This role encompasses system operations, stakeholder support, user training, knowledge management, analytical reporting, system configuration, and engagement with the University community to design and implement outstanding student experiences. The incumbent will support the ongoing evolution of these systems, including emerging artificial intelligence capabilities that enhance service delivery and institutional effectiveness.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, sound analytical and problem-solving capability, demonstrated experience in software system administration, and the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes in a complex and fast-paced service environment.
About the Department
The Student Relationship Management (SRM) Team within UNEs Technology & Digital Services division. The SRM Team is responsible for AskUNE, the Universitys primary communication platform supporting both students and staff. This platform underpins key student lifecycle services,
including the school leavers Early Entry Admissions portal and the Advanced Standing (partial credit) applicant portal. Operating within the broader Technology & Digital Services division, the team plays a critical role in delivering reliable, student centred digital services that support the UNE community.
