Marketing & Communications Coordinator

We're seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join a growing, community-focused business. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to drive marketing initiatives, build engagement, support business growth and make a genuine impact.

No two days will look the same. One day you might be creating social media content and coordinating campaigns, and the next you could be supporting an event, meeting prospective customers or helping strengthen a thriving professional community.

About the Role

Reporting to the Community & Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting marketing, communications and business growth initiatives, while assisting with the day-to-day member experience when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories and community updates
- Coordinate content calendars and marketing campaigns
- Support website updates and SEO initiatives
- Assist with digital marketing activities, including Google Ads
- Help generate and nurture leads
- Conduct tours and support customer enquiries
- Assist with member communications and events
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Contribute ideas to increase awareness, engagement and growth

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:





- Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing, communications, social media or similar role
- Experience creating content across multiple platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Confidence building relationships with a broad range of people
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, websites or Google Ads will be highly regarded
- Hospitality, events or community engagement experience will be viewed favourably
