Port Lincoln Health and Hospital Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN2C) to join the Medical Planning and Scheduling team across Eyre Ward A and the Emergency Department. This is a 14-week contract role in a rural and remote setting on South Australia's Eyre Peninsula, starting 7 October 2026. The position offers 0.84-1.0 FTE (full-time equivalent is 76 hours per fortnight), providing an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where clinical skills are valued and flexibility is essential.

Preferred Requirements

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN2C level)




- Demonstrated experience working in emergency departments and ward settings
- Experience in rural and remote nursing environments, or demonstrated willingness to adapt to this context
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple clinical areas as required by staffing and operational demands
- Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills in a small, integrated healthcare team

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Post-graduate qualification or experience in Emergency Nursing or rural health practice
