Cement Spreader 2x Vacancies

- DIDO role, 10:4 Roster
- 10 12 hours per day
- $44.50 - $46.68 per hour + Super (Base & Pens)

About the Client:

Our client is a leading provider of integrated infrastructure and essential services across Australia and New Zealand. The organisation plays a critical role in building, maintaining, and managing the infrastructure and services that communities and businesses rely on every day.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Safely and efficiently operate and maintain cement spreading equipment across regional road infrastructure projects throughout the Wheatbelt and Goldfields. Ensure equipment is operated in accordance with project specifications, work instructions and client requirements, while completing daily pre-start inspections, equipment checks and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements.

- Monitor cement application rates to ensure accurate and consistent material distribution, and work collaboratively with stabilisation operators, supervisors and other crew members to complete works efficiently. Assist with the preparation and set-up of work areas, undertake general plant and site duties as required, and maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.

- Comply with Downers Zero Harm requirements, Main Roads standards, site procedures and environmental requirements at all times. Travel to various regional project locations from Perth as part of a 10/4 DIDO roster.

What You Will Need:





- Experience working on civil road construction highly regarded
- Previous experience operating cement spreaders or similar specialised plant.
- Ability to work 10 12 hour shifts, 6 days per week
- Willingness and ability to undertake DIDO from Perth to regional sites
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a road construction crew
- Relevant plant tickets/licences highly regarded.
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
