About the Role

The Reporting and Evaluation Specialist - Gender-Based Violence (GBV) provides institution-wide leadership in the design, coordination and implementation of reporting, monitoring and evaluation systems supporting UTS's response to and prevention of gender-based violence.
Detailed Description

About You

As the Reporting and Evaluation Specialist, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering evaluation frameworks, methodologies and reporting for complex programs or initiatives within large or multi-stakeholder environments.

- Experience applying mixed-methods research approaches, including qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and synthesis.

- Experience working with complex datasets and producing high-quality reports, insights and briefing materials to inform decision-making and governance processes.





- Experience interpreting legislation, policy and regulatory requirements and translating these into practical evaluation and reporting approaches.

- Experience working in sensitive contexts, demonstrating sound judgement, professionalism and the ability to manage risk when handling complex or confidential information.

- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across large, complex organisations, with the ability to manage competing priorities and expectations.

Remuneration/Salary

Base Salary Range: 125,706- 143,166pa (HEW 8)

This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
