We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support our project teams and uphold the highest standards of compliance and performance. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in quality management within the civil or mining industry and will be responsible for driving audit activities, supporting documentation requirements, and ensuring adherence to project and corporate quality systems.

To be considered for this position as a Quality Engineer you must possess the following as a minimum:

- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Engineering
- Relevant audit qualifications e.g., lead auditor/ quality auditor/ internal auditor
- Document control experience
- Knowledge of using bespoke QA/doc control systems such as Aconex or Asite
- Experience with implementation of corrective and improvement action programs
- Experience with Earthworks and Concrete within the Civil industry
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel and MS office suite

As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for; but not limited to:
- Support project teams on all quality-related matters, including assisting with the timely submission of Manufacturing Data Reports (MDRs).
- Monitor, review, and assess quality verification records to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness.
- Assist project teams with non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis, and the implementation and close-out of corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate project document control activities, including document management, retention, and archiving.
- Maintain quality registers and records in accordance with project and business requirements.
- Support subcontractor management activities and ensure associated quality documentation is complete and compliant.
- Plan and conduct audits of high-risk subcontractors and suppliers as directed.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, identifying corrective actions,



opportunities for improvement, and process enhancements.
- Raise, monitor, and track audit actions through to effective close-out.
- Support the maintenance of third-party quality certifications and accreditations.
- Assist in maintaining and continuously improving the Integrated Management System.
