Our security client is launching Cypher — a major ANZ transformation reshaping how we operate, scale and deliver for customers. This is a big, multi-workstream change across technology, operations, finance, reconciliations, routing, reporting, controls and workforce adoption.

We’re looking for a high-energy Programme Manager who can bring structure, pace and clarity to a transformation that touches every part of our business. If you thrive in enterprise-level change and love turning ambition into disciplined execution, this is your moment.

The Opportunity

? Lead the full ANZ Cypher transformation programme

? Build governance, roadmap, workstreams and delivery rhythm

? Align AU/NZ requirements and eliminate duplication

? Turn strategy into future-state processes, roles and controls

? Partner with technology vendors, operational leaders, finance, risk and customer teams

? Drive readiness, training and adoption across frontline operations

?️ Report directly to the Executive Sponsor and Steering Committee

What You Bring

✅ Proven leadership of large, multi-workstream transformation programmes

✅ Robust governance, roadmap, risk and delivery discipline





✅ Experience delivering transformation across multiple business functions

✅ Ability to operate confidently across jurisdictions — ANZ experience a bonus

✅ Strong stakeholder influence and the confidence to challenge constructively

✅ Background in operationally complex or regulated environments is highly valued

✅ To be eligible for this role, you must be a NZ citizen or resident

Contract & Remuneration

We’re targeting NZD $180k–$200k p.a. on a 12-month fixed-term salary contract. We know senior programme leaders often work on day-rates — if you’re exceptional, we still want to talk.
