Join the RPM team in an Administration Officer role that supports the delivery of safe, efficient and patient-centered virtual care. This position is responsible for receiving and processing referrals, completing patient registrations and administrative data entry within eMR, coordinating onboarding and telehealth appointments, managing service communications, enquiries, call queues and the shared inbox, and escalating clinical matters to the RPM Nurse when required. The role also oversees the issuance, tracking, return and reprocessing of RPM devices and kits, while maintaining patient tracking logs, equipment registers and service reporting data. By ensuring seamless administrative coordination and supporting clinicians to deliver care efficiently, this role plays a critical part in improving patient access, enabling effective virtual care delivery, and supporting service performance, monitoring and evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently navigate and learn multiple digital platforms, including eMR and virtual care systems. with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Honesty, accountability and a collaborative approach are essential, along with the confidence to problem-solve, escalate issues appropriately, and support both patients and clinicians to ensure a seamless virtual care experience.

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
