About the Role:

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Langlands, you'll play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Working across our restaurant and event spaces, you'll deliver genuine hospitality, showcase your food and beverage knowledge, and contribute to a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities:

· Creating warm, genuine and memorable guest experiences through personalised service

· Anticipating guest needs and adapting service style to suit a range of dining occasions

· Guiding guests through menu and beverage selections with confidence and product knowledge

· Enhancing the guest experience through considered recommendations that drive average check value

· Taking ownership of a service section and supporting the team where necessary

Qualifications

About you:

· Previous experience as a Section Waiter within a restaurant dinner service





· A proven ability to create memorable guest experiences

· A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service

· Confident in recommending and upselling food and beverage pairings

· Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and adapt to different guest needs

· A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

· A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
