About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one support to older South Australians in their homes and communities across Western, Eastern and Southern Adelaide. These are hands-on, people-focused roles where no two days are the same. You will build trusted relationships with clients, provide practical and personal support, and help them continue living independently do to the things that matter to them.

Multiple casual Home and Domestic Support Worker opportunities are available, offering flexibility while giving you the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone’s day.

Duties

- Support clients with everyday tasks in a respectful, person‑centred manner
- Build genuine connections with clients and their support networks
- Assist with cleaning, personal care, transport, and social activities




- Notice and communicate changes in wellbeing
- Keep explicit, accurate records to support quality care

Skills & Experience

- Experience in aged care, disability or community support
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar) for Home Support roles
- Warm, confident communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently within the community
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- National Police Check within the last six-months
- Current First aid and CPR clearance
