Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our People team on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring leaders to identify, engage and attract high-quality talent across construction, engineering, project delivery and corporate functions.

Through proactive sourcing and market mapping, you'll build strong talent pipelines, uncover new talent opportunities and provide market insights that support informed hiring decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing talent, building relationships and uncovering opportunities that support long-term recruitment success.

This role can be based at any of our head offices: Melbourne, Brisbane,



Perth, Sydney.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct market mapping for critical, recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Identify target organisations, skills and talent segments aligned with business requirements.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening conversations and prepare candidate recommendations.
- Provide talent market insights including candidate availability, competitor activity and sourcing trends.
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics to support recruitment reporting.
- Promote the Multiplex employer brand and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

About you:

- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Premium Talent Search or similar sourcing tools.
- Experience conducting market mapping, talent research and candidate sourcing.
- Confidence engaging and screening candidates across a variety of professional disciplines.
- Excellent written communication, relationship-building and research skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
- Exposure to construction, engineering, property or professional services recruitment will be highly regarded
