Lead the operations of a growing, established allied health practice.

IntegratePHYSIO is a well-established physiotherapy and allied health group operating across Warner and Narangba, with a team of more than 20 clinicians and administration staff.

With our long-standing Operations Manager relocating interstate, we are looking for an experienced Practice & Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our clinics and support the next stage of our growth from early 2027.

This isn't simply a reception or administration position.

We are looking for someone who can lead people, improve systems, solve problems and keep a busy multi-site healthcare business running smoothly.

THE ROLE

Working closely with the Directors, you will oversee the operational and administrative functions across both locations, including:

- Leading and supporting our administration team

- Staff rostering, leave coordination and day-to-day workforce management

- Monitoring clinic operations, diaries and workflow

- Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding

- Maintaining operational policies, procedures and systems

- Supporting Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, NDIS and third-party administrative processes

- Managing operational issues before they reach the Directors

- Coordinating suppliers, facilities and clinic requirements

- Liaising with our bookkeeper, accountant and external providers

- Supporting billing and accounts-receivable processes

- Monitoring administrative standards and staff accountability

- Identifying inefficiencies and implementing better systems

- Helping maintain a professional, organised and positive workplace across both clinics

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll be someone who is highly organised but also comfortable leading people and making decisions.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous practice management,



operations management or senior healthcare administration experience

- Experience within physiotherapy, allied health, medical or another healthcare environment

- Strong people-management and communication skills

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability

- Confidence managing competing priorities across multiple locations

- Strong understanding of systems and processes

- Positive commercial awareness

- Confidence holding staff accountable while maintaining positive relationships

- Experience with practice-management software and healthcare billing systems

- A proactive approach — you see something that needs fixing and take ownership of it

Experience with Coreplus, WorkCover Queensland, Medicare/DVA or NDIS would be highly regarded but isn't essential.
