This is an ongoing ABN contract role requiring approximately 10–12 hours per week. We’re looking for a creative and organised Content & Creator Coordinator to support FAIRIA’s organic social content, influencer collaborations and online community.

This is an ongoing, deliverables-based ABN contract role requiring approximately 10–12 hours per week. There is flexibility in how the time is structured; however, preferably, the successful candidate will be able to dedicate consistent and planned time, with some availability throughout the working week for creator communication, content delivery and account management.

The role may be particularly well suited to a content creator, photographer, social media coordinator or emerging marketer who has robust visual judgement and the flexibility to check in regularly throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan,



create and edit organic content for FAIRIA’s Instagram

- Produce a considered mix of aesthetic imagery and Reels

- Reach out to suitable influencers and creators and coordinate collaborations

- Manage the Instagram account and respond to marketing related community engagement

- Maintain the content calendar and ensure content is prepared, approved and delivered on schedule

- Support occasional campaigns such as giveaways and brand collaborations

Content Expectations

We aim to have approximately five pieces of content going live each week, including a combination organic content and influencer or creator content.

This would typically consist of:

- 3 organic posts

- 1-2 influencer or creator content

Content frequency may occasionally increase around important product launches or major campaigns.

About You

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in content creation, social media coordination, photography, videography or digital marketing

- Strong visual judgement and an understanding of refined beauty, fragrance, fashion or lifestyle content

- Stay closely attuned to social media and market trends

- Confidence creating both photography and short-form video content

- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines independently

- A genuine interest in fragrance, beauty and considered lifestyle brands
