About the Role:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, we are currently seeking a full-time warehouse forklift driver/picker packer at our present site in Tottenham, VIC site. You will be an integral part of a small warehouse team with a current LF forklift licence (minimum 3+ years high reach forklift experience) and RF scanning.

About You:

You are physically fit, safety-focused, and have a strong attention to detail. You take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork, and are capable of performing the following duties:

- Operating forklifts (high reach experience essential)

- Operating pallet wrapping equipment

- Picking and packing orders accurately using FIFO principles

- RF scanning and stock labelling for deliveries and transfers

- Loading and unloading trucks and containers efficiently

- Accurately receipting, handling, and returning stock and equipment

- Undertaking stocktakes and cycle counts

- Processing data and completing documentation within the freight management system

- Complying with spill control measures and all workplace safety procedures

- Communicating stock delays,



damages, or discrepancies as required

- Applying correct manual handling techniques

Skills & Experience:

To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Forklift Driver in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment

- Current LF forklift licence (high reach required)

- RF scanning experience

- Picker/packer experience

- Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, and manual handling requirements

- Proven ability to safely operate warehouse equipment

Physical Requirements:

This role is physically demanding and requires you to be fit and alert, including the ability to:

- Drive forklifts and frequently get on and off equipment

- Lift, bend, squat, and push/pull loads

- Roll and handle 60L and 205L drums

- Communicate effectively in fluent English
