Global Insurance Solutions is looking for an experienced Insurance Broker to join our growing team in Williams Landing, Victoria.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, working across a current portfolio, and being involved in more complex commercial accounts.

You will work closely with the Principal to support clients across a range of industries, assist with complex renewals and placements, and help guide junior and administration staff to deliver a high standard of service.

About the role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and servicing an existing client portfolio

• Assisting with complex commercial accounts and renewals

• Preparing submissions, renewal reports and client presentations

• Liaising with insurers, underwriters and clients

• Supporting claims, endorsements and policy queries

• Working with junior brokers and administration staff

• Helping identify insurance gaps and tailored risk solutions for clients

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance broking industry

• Diploma of Insurance Broking, Tier 1 or equivalent qualification

• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products





• Excellent client relationship and communication skills

• Ability to manage renewals, insurer negotiations and documentation

• A proactive, professional and team-focused attitude

• Experience with complex business, property, liability or industry-specific risks will be highly regarded
