Supported by an established optical store, the business benefits from strong cross-referral opportunities and a collaborative partnership setting. You'll be stepping into a well-established business with experienced support already in place, allowing you to focus on leading, growing and shaping its future success.

What You'll Receive

- Guaranteed salary of $120,000 plus superannuation (paid fortnightly)

What We're Looking For

- Full membership, or eligibility for membership, with Audiology Australia or ACAud

- Minimum three years' post qualification clinical experience

- Strong communication and relationship building skills

- Confidence managing a busy appointment schedule and administrative responsibilities

- A collaborative mindset with ambitions to lead and grow a successful business

- Passion for delivering high quality, value driven hearing care
