This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-leading underground mining contractor renowned for delivering high-quality mining services across Australia and internationally. You will be working as part of a highly skilled maintenance team responsible for maintaining a modern fleet of underground mining equipment critical to project production and development.

Your new role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, fault finding, diagnostics, and component replacements on a range of underground mobile plant.
Your focus will be on maximising equipment availability while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

What you'll need to succeed

Key Responsibilities

- Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance on underground mining equipment
- Conduct mechanical and hydraulic diagnostics and fault finding
- Complete major and minor component change-outs
- Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance servicing
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance personnel
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with site safety procedures and OEM standards




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the maintenance department

Equipment Experience
Previous experience maintaining underground mining equipment is essential.
