About the Position

Are you a problem solver who is experienced in improving business processes and has a keen eye for information analysis? Seeking exposure to a variety of opportunities across different business functions? We're looking for a person who thinks outside the box, who is intellectually curious and focused on outcomes to creatively solve business problems.

This position requires a strong understanding of both local government business processes and technology systems. The role would be principally focused on Technology One software, including Property & Rating and Enterprise Content Management. Experience in other Technology One modules such as Assets, Finance and Cash Receipting is highly desirable. The City is currently undertaking a major digital transformation, progressing from TechnologyOne’s Corporate Information (Ci) platform to the modern, browser-based Corporate Information Anywhere (CiA) environment. Following the successful transition of the Core Enterprise Suite (Payroll, Finance, and Procurement),



we are now preparing to implement the Property and Rating suite in CiA as part of our continued commitment to enhancing service delivery, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening our digital capability.

You will identify ‘As Is’ processes from Ci and work with your customers to ensure the functionality is transitioned to the ‘To Be’ processes in CiA. You, alongside other team members, will be the point of contact for transitioning to CiA.

This is a full time contract position until 27 October 2028.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have experience in the provision of implementing ERP modules including the planning, implementing, design and high-level business analysis. You will utilise broad IT knowledge and knowledge of the business to implement technical and functional IT solutions which address business need. You will be capable of creating procedures and training materials as well as developing reporting systems. You will also have highly developed written and spoken communication skills including negotiation and presentation.

A Bachelors degree with technology as a core component is essential (or equivalent experience). Local Government experience will be highly desirable in this role.
