About the opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of an established Western Australian packaging and industrial consumables supplier based in Canning Vale. Trading since 2004, our client operates a purpose-built 1,200 square metre warehouse and supplies food packaging, industrial consumables, cleaning chemicals, PPE and uniforms to cafés, restaurants, food producers, aged care providers and industrial customers. Some customers have been with them for more than ten years. The team is fewer than ten people, which means what you do is visible, and it matters.

About the job

You turn a customer's order into accurate paperwork and a picked-and-dispatched delivery. You will be the first voice most customers hear, working alongside the warehouse team, the purchasing officer, and the sales representatives.

- Process customer orders and purchase orders in MYOB

- Check stock, pricing, and delivery before confirming

- Invoice orders and issue packing slips daily

- Handle order, stock, and delivery enquiries by phone and email

- Chase backorders and keep customers properly informed

- Assist the warehouse team with picking orders and preparing deliveries

- Monitor inventory and stock availability to help ensure orders are dispatched on time

Skills and experience





- Order processing, internal sales, or customer service administration

- Accurate with numbers, pricing, and pack sizes

- MYOB AccountRight or similar, plus confident in Excel

- Calm and clear with trade customers on the phone

- Forklift license (LF) / experience preferred, not essential

- Must hold a current Australian driver's license

- Strong spoken and written English is required for customer and supplier communication
