Townscape Garden Managers is looking for a motivated Cert III in Parks & Gardens Apprentice to join our growing team. We maintain commercial buildings, industrial estates, shopping centres, and corporate landscapes across Melbourne.
This is a hands-on role where you'll learn real commercial horticulture—not just mowing lawns.

Learning Opportunities
- Provide professional garden services including mowing, slashing, edging, pruning, fertilizing, planting, hedge trimming. Leaf removal
- Ride on mower and push mower
- Irrigation maintenance and repairs.
- Indoor plant maintenance.
- landscape upgrades

- Tool maintenance
- Maintain qualified relationships
- Leaf litter raking collection and removal, hand weeding and weed control
- Problem solving
- Reporting to clients - take photos as you work
- Standard week is Monday to Friday 6am start (sometimes this will vary) 8 h day
- Working on industrial and commercial sites
We are looking for.
- Someone who is able and willing to travel around Melbourne (rate paid includes travel allowance)
- Industry experience and confident irrigation (preferred)
- Own reliable transport
- Physically fit, reliable, punctual and hard working
- Proud and professional
- Enjoy working as part of a team and on your own
- Past winner of Employer of the year Holmesglen / Apprentice of the year
