Mobile Suppression I Installation I Hands on Role l 4-Day Flex or 5-Day Roster

We’re looking for an experienced Fire Suppression Technician to join our Brisbane Suppression Team.

This is a hands-on field role where you’ll work across mobile fire suppression systems, a range of equipment and different client sites. You’ll be installing, servicing, maintaining and fault-finding suppression systems – so if you enjoy practical work, getting out on site and solving problems, you’ll fit right in.

If you have solid experience in mobile suppression systems and enjoy practical, site-based work, this is a outstanding opportunity to join our growing Fire Division.

What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll be out in the field working on mobile fire suppression systems and equipment, including:

- Installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing fire suppression systems

- Diagnosing mechanical and system issues

- Completing service reports and job paperwork

- Working safely and following site safety requirements

- Liaising effectively with internal teams regarding work changes and schedule updates

- Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting general housekeeping standards





What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in Fire Suppression

- Strong mechanical aptitude - you’re comfortable working with tools, equipment and mechanical components

- Experience working independently in the field

- Ability to travel away for work at mine sites when required and some weekend work during service schedules

- Mine site experience advantageous

- A current Australian driver’s licence

- The ability to undergo a pre-employment medical

About the Team

You’ll be joining our Brisbane Suppression Team, working across South East Queensland and travelling to client and mine sites when required.

You’ll have the support of an experienced team, but you’ll also have plenty of chance to work independently and take ownership of your jobs.
