The Opportunity
You will provide high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services across inpatient and ambulatory settings, supporting patients with complex medical and rehabilitation needs.
Key responsibilities include:

- Providing specialist rehabilitation assessment and treatment
- Leading and supervising an inpatient treating team
- Supporting effective patient flow, admission and discharge planning
- Working collaboratively with nursing, allied health and community services
- Supervising Registrars, Principal House Officers and junior medical staff
- Participating in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching
- Contributing to clinical governance, quality improvement and research
- Participating in after-hours and on-call services as required

Exceptional Remuneration and Benefits
A total remuneration package of up to $564,939 per annum is available, depending on experience and appointment level.

Essential Requirements
Applicants must hold:

- Fellowship of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (FAFRM); or
- An overseas specialist qualification assessed as substantially comparable in Rehabilitation Medicine
- Eligibility for specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia
