About the role

This role is focused on general garden care and maintenance. You'll work across a variety of residential and commercial properties, spending your days outdoors with the satisfaction of seeing the results of your work.

Key responsibilities

- General garden maintenance
- Weeding and tidying garden beds
- Pruning and light hedging
- Mulching
- Plant care
- Garden clean-ups
- Blowing down and leaving properties neat and tidy
- Light lawn maintenance where required
- Keeping residential and commercial gardens looking their best

About you

- Genuinely enjoys gardening and working outdoors
- Takes pride in making gardens look great
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual and organised
- Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Is friendly, approachable and skilled with clients
- Is physically capable of carrying out general gardening duties
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Current MANUAL driver's licence – essential
- Reliable transport to get to work
