Are you a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter looking for a stable role with a well-established food manufacturing business?
We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a busy production site, supporting the maintenance and reliability of plant equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose and fault-find mechanical issues efficiently
- Repair and replace mechanical components including bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps and drives




- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimise production downtime through effective maintenance practices
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to site standards

About You
- Trade Qualified Maintenance Fitter or Cert III Engineering (Mechanical Trade) essential
- Previous experience within manufacturing, food processing, FMCG or a similar production environment
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Essential Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Relevant Australian trade qualification
- Available for rotating day and afternoon shifts
- Must be able to attend an onsite interview as part of the recruitment process
