The Opportunity:

CSR are seeking a hands-on Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations in Mawson Lakes and ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of products while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

As the Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, managing people, equipment, inventory, and dispatch activities to ensure operational targets are achieved. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a positive team culture.

In This Role You Will

- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Ensure safe loading, unloading, storage, and handling of stock.
- Supervise warehouse team performance and equipment use.
- Maintain WHSE and Chain of Responsibility (CoR)



compliance.
- Oversee inventory movements, order picking, and dispatch accuracy.
- Complete warehouse administration and SAP transaction requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Current Forklift Licence.
- Solid commitment to safety and compliance.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with integrity and accountability.
