Chandler Macleod is currently seeking reliable and motivated Food Manufacturing Process Workers to join one of our major clients within the FMCG industry, based in Taren Point.

Shift Availability

- Afternoon Shift $37 per hour Including penalties
- 2pm - 10pm
- 2:30 - 10:30pm
- 3.30-11:30 pm

Successful candidates need to be available to work up to 5 shifts a week Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating machinery within a quick-paced production environment
- Manual handling of products up to 25kg
- Packing, labelling, and quality checking products
- General cleaning and sanitisation of work areas
- Palletising and preparing stock for dispatch
- Working in a temperature-controlled (cold) setting

About You:

- Reliable transport is essential, as public transport options are limited for Afternoon and Night shifts
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production
- Robust understanding of HACCP and GMP principles
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Flexible and available to work across required shifts, including ad hoc coverage
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
