The Role

Acting as the client's eyes and ears on site, you'll monitor construction progress, quality, safety and contractual compliance while working closely with the contractor, consultant team and Project Director to support successful project delivery.

This role is ideal for an experienced Site Manager,



Superintendent's Representative or Site Representative looking to play a key role on a major healthcare project and further develop their client-side experience.

Responsibilities

- Represent the client's interests throughout construction delivery
- Monitor construction progress, programme performance and site activities
- Inspect works and verify compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Review contractor performance, progress claims and key project deliverables
- Facilitate communication between the client, contractor and consultant team
- Identify project risks, support issue resolution and contribute to project reporting

Skills & Experience
- 10+ years' construction experience
- Site Manager, Superintendent's Representative, Site Representative or similar background
- Experience delivering Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects
- Health, education, or social infrastructure experience highly regarded
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
- Current White Card
- Available to work full-time on site
