Customer Service & Retention Specialist
- Location: Parramatta, NSW (Hybrid WFH after training period)
- Position: Full-Time, Permanent
- Pay: $65,237 + guaranteed 9.5% shift loading + company discounts
- Hours: Fixed roster - Monday to Friday - 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM

About the Role
Reporting to the Retention Team Leader, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls with members who have cancelled or are considering leaving. You'll listen to their price, policy, or claim concerns, work out the best outcome, and win back their business.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls to retain and re-engage members.
Understand member needs to resolve issues with empathy and product knowledge.
Work towards KPIs,
service targets, and industry compliance standards.

Customer service background (Retail, Banking & Contact Centre).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with quick problem-solving abilities.
