CP Dental is a well-established, patient-focused dental practice based in Coopers Plains, proud to provide quality dental care to our local community. We're looking for an organised, personable professional to help our team run smoothly and keep the patient experience at its best.

We're open to candidates at either Practice Coordinator or Practice Manager level, depending on your experience. You'll be the operational backbone of the practice — overseeing the front desk, supporting our clinical team, and making sure every patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk in. The scope of the role will be tailored to suit your background and skillset.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice

- Overseeing appointment scheduling and patient flow

- Leading, rostering and supporting reception and support staff

- Handling patient enquiries, billing, and payment processing

- Managing supplier orders and stock control

- Ensuring compliance with dental industry regulations and standards

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of recent team members

- Assisting with marketing initiatives and patient communication

- Liaising with dentists and clinical staff to optimise scheduling and workflow

(For Practice Manager level, this may also extend to budgeting, KPI/performance reporting,



and broader strategic input into practice growth.)

About You

- Previous experience in a dental or medical practice, in a coordination or management capacity

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

- Experience with dental practice management software (e.g. Praktika, D4W, Exact, or similar) highly regarded

- Understanding of dental billing, Medicare/HICAPS and private health fund claims

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

- A positive, patient-first attitude
