Stage School Australia is looking for an organised and customer-focused Enrolments Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Moreland!
We are seeking a professional Enrolments Coordinator to support the student journey from assessment and offer through enrolment, attendance review and promotion. This role maintains accurate student information, coordinates recurring enrolment and assessment processes, and provides knowledgeable support to current and prospective families.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating high-volume processes, takes pride in accurate administration and wants to help families access positive performing arts experiences for their children.
About the Role
• Coordinate enrolments, offers, promotions, venue changes, program changes and other approved student movements.
• Provide clear information to families about programs, locations, fees, entry requirements, uniforms and enrolment conditions.
• Maintain accurate student, family and prospect records in approved systems.
• Coordinate auditions, trial classes, promotions and other student assessment processes.
• Collate assessment outcomes, communicate approved next steps and follow up outstanding actions.
• Review attendance information, unexplained absences and performance apologies through approved processes.
• Coordinate medical, behavioural and support documentation and share relevant information with authorised staff.
• Provide high-quality customer support by phone and email, escalating complex or sensitive matters appropriately.
• Contribute to clear, documented and continuously improving enrolment and administration processes.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience in enrolments, student administration, customer service, education administration or a comparable coordination role.
• Experience using a CRM,
student management system or database.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to record accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal customer communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate high-volume recurring processes and seasonal deadlines.
• Sound judgement and confidence escalating complaints, safety matters and exceptions.
• Strong digital literacy, including confidence with databases, spreadsheets and standard office systems.
• Experience in performing arts or child-focused services will be highly regarded.
• A current Working with Children Check and other role-relevant clearances required by the Company.
