We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead a well-established Early Childhood Education and Care service located in Brisbane's northern suburbs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for children, families and educators while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Reporting to a supportive operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring regulatory compliance, robust occupancy, team development and exceptional experiences for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team of educators and centre leaders

- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation

- Drive a positive and engaged team culture

- Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community

- Monitor centre performance, occupancy and financial outcomes

- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development

- Ensure high standards of health, safety and child protection are maintained

- Champion continuous improvement and quality practice across the service

About You





To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Director, Nominated Supervisor or similar leadership role

- Strong understanding of the NQF, National Regulations and NQS

- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

- Sound knowledge of compliance and operational requirements within ECEC

- Current Queensland Blue Card

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
