Your new company
Client is privately owned project management consultancy based in Brisbane. They offer traditional client-side project management services for the construction industry, typically taking projects from design stage through to project delivery on behalf of the asset owner.

Your new role
The role involves working on behalf of the client to deliver a range of projects in both scope and sector. Sectors include retail, industrial, aged care, commercial, residential, aviation and defence. Projects from low million dollars through to 100m on the bigger ones.

The role is all client facing and may involve working within their client offices, so the position requires positive, proactive communicator able to coordinate and manage relationships across internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors and other suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to budget.

What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for an experienced client-side Project Manager with a good background managing commercial construction projects.

They place strong focus on the technical value add they provide to their clients, so candidates would need degree in either construction management,



quantity surveying or architecture and then have good knowledge of design management, construction and contract administration.

The role at the PM level, so would think 3-5 years' experience in consultancy with salary level probably between 120-150k plus super.
