Traffic Control Innovations (TCI) is currently seeking Traffic Controllers and Traffic Management Implementers (TMIs) across all areas, with plenty of shifts available.

We are seeking qualified Traffic Management professionals to join our dedicated and growing team. Successful applicants will be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications

· Traffic Controller Licence (Industry Authority Licence) – Required

· Construction White Card – Required

· Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) Licence – Desirable

Applicants Must:

· Be available to work most weekdays and/or nights

· Demonstrate professionalism and valuable conduct

· Have strong communication skills to report and discuss safety matters

· Be safety-focused and compliant with industry regulations

· Follow supervisor instructions and carry out site duties competently
