Morningside
Kindred Early Education is seeking an early childhood educator to work with our experienced and stable team.
We can offer either a full time or part time role. We would also be able to offer a traineeship for the right applicant, as we have a large number of fully qualified, highly experienced staff available to provide training and mentorship.
Our studios run above ratio. Our service is a small independent family owned service, rated exceeding. We are proud of our professional and stable setting, where children and our team are prioritised. We have a positive, supportive work culture and we are seeking applicants who would like to work in such an environment.
This service is a child safe organisation and we strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. We support and emphasise the rights and the best interests of the child as paramount.

The successful applicant will work with their co-educators in providing outstanding education and care to the children in our service. Applicants must be available 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday without limitations during those hours.
Your skills and qualifications should include:
- A Certificate III, Diploma or willingness to work towards a qualification
- A passion for working with children
- A commitment to child safety, to respecting and valuing children, to using culturally safe practices and to understand or be willing to learn about and support children's development needs
- The desire to work harmoniously as part of a collaborative team
- A friendly, positive and energetic disposition
- A current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and technology skills
- An interest and willingness to participate in excursions (these are run frequently on foot from our service to a variety of local community facilities)
