You’ll be responsible for:
✔️ Generating & nurturing high-quality leads
✔️ Creating awareness of our PD services
✔️ Driving conversions via email, content, social & paid ads
✔️ Tracking campaign performance & refining strategies
✔️ Supporting event promotion, engagement, and growth

✅ Essential Skills & Experience

- 1+ year in marketing, lead generation or digital growth

- Proven track record of measurable results

- Experience with:





- Google Ads & Analytics

- Meta Business Suite

- Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign

- Canva, website CMS, SEO

- Excellent content creation & copywriting skills

- Self-starter with strong time management

- Passion for education, nature play or community-led initiatives
