Tru-Struct Structural Solutions is seeking a Machine Operator / Production Operator to join our new permanent night shift operating our rollforming manufacturing line at our Grass Valley factory.

This role suits someone with experience operating industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or production line machines in a factory or manufacturing environment.

As part of our continued growth, we are introducing a new permanent night shift to increase manufacturing capacity. The successful candidate will initially complete a comprehensive training period on day shift alongside our experienced operators before transitioning to an independent night shift role.

Trustruct Structural Solutions is a Western Australian family-owned manufacturing company producing permanent formwork walling systems used throughout the Australian construction industry. Our products are supported by major companies including CSR, Bostik Adhesives and Dulux.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate rollforming machinery and manufacturing equipment

- Perform coil changes, tooling adjustments and machine setup

- Monitor production output and product quality

- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues on industrial machinery





- Maintain production records and meet manufacturing targets

- Maintain a safe, clean and organised factory environment

About You

- Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator or Manufacturing Operator

- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability

- Comfortable operating industrial machinery or production equipment

- Able to lift 15–18kg and work on your feet

- Safety-focused and reliable

- Willing and available to work permanent night shift (approximately 10:00 pm – 6:00 am)

Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
