Numbers with purpose — that's what this role is all about. Baptistcare's Financial Services team in Camberwell is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer who takes pride in clean ledgers, enjoys a good team, and wants their work to genuinely count for something beyond the bottom line.

What You'll Be Doing

- Owning end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, receipting, and account reconciliations
- Following up on outstanding debts with professionalism and care, particularly with clients in sensitive circumstances
- Contributing to month-end close activities and supporting accurate financial reporting
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve billing queries and sharpen AR processes





What You'll Bring

- Solid hands-on experience in an accounts receivable or finance administration role
- Confidence across AR principles, reconciliations, and debtor management
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience with accounting software (familiarity with aged care or community services billing is a real bonus at Baptistcare)
- Sharp attention to detail and a knack for juggling priorities without losing your cool
- A warm, clear communication style when navigating sensitive account matters
- Certificate IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent practical experience
- Aged care background highly regarded
