Ultimate Sign Installations Pty Ltd (USI) commenced business in 1993 and has now become one of the largest billboard installation company in Australia. USI prides themselves in meeting deadlines with short time-frame operations, whilst providing a variety of high level services from billboard advertising, hoarding signage, truck signage, major building wraps through to small banners and shop window displays.

Full Time - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Essential Job Functions

- General Warehouse Maintenance/Cleaning and organisation

- Deliveries/drop offs and pick ups

- Checking Vehicle inventory

- Stock Ordering

- Stock Auditing

- Booking delivery pick ups

- online stock management system and spreadsheets

- Assisting with storage and managing warehouse/racking

- Answering email and phone requests

- Installer equipment ordering and distributions

- Locker maintenance

Requirements

- Mature outlook

- Highly organised

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Valuable time management skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work unsupervised

- A team player

- Understanding of Microsoft excel, word and Outlook
