About the Role

We are looking for a confident and hands-on Onsite Leader to lead our precast installation crews and coordinate the safe, effective delivery of projects from planning through to completion. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who enjoys being on site, leading people, solving practical challenges and keeping projects moving to schedule, budget and quality expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead, support and coordinate precast installation crews on site.

- Build a positive, safety-first team culture that improves capability, engagement and productivity.

- Attend pre-build planning meetings and site visits to ensure installation works are well prepared.

- Coordinate plant, equipment, panel sequencing, props and load lists required for successful installation.

- Deliver agreed installation targets, including weekly and monthly panels installed.

- Ensure work is completed in line with project requirements, company procedures, WHS obligations and relevant regulations.





- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, builders, site teams and internal stakeholders.

- Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional and solutions-focused manner.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be an organised, practical and safety-focused leader who can bring crews together, read the job ahead and keep installation works running smoothly.

Essential

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction, precast installation or a similar site-based leadership role.

- Construction Industry Induction Card, commonly known as a White Card.

- Relevant High Risk Work Licences, such as EWP, Dogging, Basic Rigging or Intermediate Rigging.

- Valid Class C driver’s licence.

- Ability to read, interpret and work from construction drawings, plans and installation documentation.

- Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced construction environment.

Highly regarded

- Knowledge of precast concrete systems, installation methodology and site sequencing.

- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and safe site practices.

- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.





- Confidence using Microsoft Office and project management tools.

- Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and customer service skills.

- Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.

- Ability to travel intrastate when required.
