About the Role

We're looking for a qualified, warm-hearted Early Childhood Educator to join our nursery room, caring for babies and toddlers aged 0–2. Whether you're an experienced educator or looking to grow your career alongside a provider who genuinely values you, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

- Providing warm, responsive care to babies and toddlers, including feeding, sleep, and nappy routines
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate sensory and play-based learning experiences
- Building genuine,



trusting relationships with babies and their families
- Working collaboratively within a small, supportive educator team
- Contributing to a secure, nurturing, and hygienic environment
- Observing, documenting, and supporting each baby's individual development and milestones

What We're Looking For
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Full working rights (student visas will not be considered for this role)
- Experience or a genuine interest in working with babies and infants
- A gentle, patient, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
