About the Role
This vacancy is a Bookkeeping Team Leader position which will work closely with the Finance Manager. It is a client centric role and your duties will include:

- Dealing with clients directly to understand their individual requirements
- Provision of relevant bookkeeping advice
- Manage a portfolio of bookkeeping clients
- Undertaking Xero reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- BAS preparation and lodgement
- General ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Working with the broader to identify new client opportunities
- Assessment of systems and processes to ensure efficiencies
- Onboarding of new clients
- Assisting the bookkeeping team with mentoring and training
- Review work of the bookkeeping team

About You
You will be a senior level Bookkeeper with a passion for delivering exceptional results for your clients.



Your ability to ensure client relationships are top priority will be valued. Additionally, you will have:

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar team leader role
- A Cert IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification
- BAS Agent Registration
- Experience using Xero and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative and the ability to work well within a team
