About the role

Fergie's Total Lawn Care is looking for a motivated and reliable person who is passionate about gardening, turf maintenance and landscaping to join our team. We work across a variety of residential and commercial properties, so no two days are the same. Ideally, you'll have experience with roller mowing and/or ride-on mowers. Experience in reticulation and landscaping would also be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

- Rotary, roller and ride-on mowing

- Mulching

- Pruning and hedging

- General gardening and property maintenance

- Turf preparation and installation

- Reticulation installation, maintenance and repairs

- Turf renovations, including coring, vertimowing, topdressing and soil amendments

About you

- Punctual and reliable

- Well presented

- A positive communicator

- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions, including the heat

- Holder of a current manual driver's licence

- Takes pride in their work

- Has high standards and great attention to detail

- Can work independently and as part of a team

- Has a positive, can-do attitude

- Is keen to learn and develop new skills
