Site Supervisor – Newcastle

My client is a highly regarded Newcastle-based contractor delivering quality projects across water and mining, footings and foundations, and electrical infrastructure.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and an excellent reputation across the industry, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with project managers, engineers, clients, and other project stakeholders.

Travel to project sites may be required from time to time, depending on project location and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities
- Lead and motivate site crews to achieve project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Manage schedules, resources, and subcontractors effectively
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Support the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion

About You





- Trade-qualified with a strong background in formwork
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand role
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Motivated, professional, and proactive approach
- Strong understanding of civil construction processes, particularly infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required
