Brothers Leagues Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading a busy, rapid-paced kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established club with a strong reputation for quality food and a supportive team culture.

About the Role

- Assist the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations

- Lead and support the kitchen team during service

- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency

- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

- Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management

- Contribute to menu ideas and daily specials

About You

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a high-volume kitchen

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure





- Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations

- Reliable with a positive team attitude
