Front-end Construction lawyer - 4+ PAE

You will work across a range of front end construction and development matters, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, building and development agreements, project and development documentation, procurement and tendering, contract reviews and risk advice, variations and extensions of time, and advising on contractual rights and obligations. You will have regular client contact and the opportunity to take carriage of your own matters. There is also scope to work across broader property and commercial matters where relevant. For a more senior lawyer, there will be opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and develop your own client relationships and practice.

- Front end construction experience

- Strong drafting and negotiation skills

- Good commercial judgement

- Strong client communication skills

- The ability to manage your own matters

- Good attention to detail

- A genuine interest in construction and development work
