Property Manager | Established Residential Agency

$80,000–$82,000 + super | Adaptable working hours

We are recruiting for a Property Manager to join a small, established agency in Perth’s eastern suburbs. This is a permanent, full time, office-based role managing a portfolio of approximately 70 residential properties, mostly within the surrounding area.

You will handle the day-to-day management of the portfolio, with strong administrative and trust accounting support. The team is close-knit, professional and supportive, and the portfolio is busy but manageable.

What you will be doing

- Managing landlord and tenant enquiries

- Conducting routine and final bond inspections

- Coordinating leasing and property viewings

- Arranging maintenance and following up with contractors





- Managing the portfolio using Console

You will not be responsible for PCRs or trust accounting.

What we are looking for

You will have property management experience and be organised, approachable and confident managing a residential portfolio. You will also need your own reliable car.

The agency offers flexibility around working hours. A work phone is provided, and work-related travel is reimbursed at $0.98 per kilometre.
